New build construction of two semi-detached properties within a conservation area
These houses incorporate accommodation in the roof space providing four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The property was built on a reinforced ring beam on piled foundations due to the poor localised ground conditions.
Additionally on advice from the Environment Agency the property was also constructed on brick piers and galvanised steel beams creating a void to allow water to run under the property and drain as the properties are adjacent to a river posing a potential flood risk.
Other features include underfloor heating, air source heat pumps, composite decking system and prefinished composite weatherboarding.
