Conversion of existing double garage with internal alterations to provide a huge double aspect modern Kitchen/Dining space.
 
A new detached double garage was then built in the space to the side of the house after major excavation was carried out.
 
Because of the gradient approximately half of the new garage was below ground level requiring water proofing treatment to the walls to prevent any penetration of damp. Foundations were a reinforced structural slab with the addition of a French drain around the perimeter directed to a soak away to ensure water never collects around the structure.

The driveway was then finished off using Granite edgings and Red Tarmacadam drive surface in keeping with other properties in the area.
