Construction was carried out on behalf of a client converting two existing flats and a disused shop to provide three new very well appointed 2 bed apartments.
The development consisted of a new three storey extension to the side and complete refurbishment of the existing accommodation including structural alterations, a completely new roof, fitted kitchens, new bathrooms and turnkey completion of works ready for occupation.
